MF11型NTC熱敏電阻

 用于一般精度的溫度測量和在計量設備、晶體管電路中的溫度補償。
* 特點:
  MF11:采用圖標GB6665-86組織生產B值與阻值一一對應,且B值誤差范圍小,對于阻值誤差范圍在±5%的產品,其一致性、互換性良好。  MF12:阻值范圍寬,最大標稱電阻值可達2MΩ,穩定性好。
* 主要技術參數:
額定功率0.5W,使用溫度范圍-55℃~+125℃。標準阻值及誤差見下表,B值誤差見下表,時間常數≤30S,耗散系數≥6mW/℃,測量功率≤0.1mW。

  1、家用電器,如空調機、微波爐、電風扇、電取暖爐等的溫度控制與溫度檢測。  2、辦公自動化設備,如復印機、打印機的溫度檢測或溫度補償。  3、工業、醫療、環保、氣象、食品加工設備的溫度控制與檢驗。  4、液面指示和流量測量。  5、手機電池。  6、儀表線圈、集成電路、石英晶體振蕩器和熱電偶的溫度補償。
